Within FuturaHost.Com a production IPv6 network is actually running.
We provide IPv6 services to all our Dedicated Servers and Colocation customers.
Soon, a wide range of IPv6 able Web Hosting services will be offered in production state through
an IPv4 tunnel becoming one of the first ISP offering IPv6 able hosting services in the world.
FuturaHost.Com also provides a almost-free tunnel broker that allows users to experiment with
IPv6 by tunneling over the existing IPv4 Internet.
FuturaHost.Com's tunnel broker is available for use by anyone.
Currently, the FuturaHost.Com IPv6 network is managed as separate Cisco routers that mesh with
each other natively via VLANs on our gigabit (1000 megabits/second) Ethernet network and also
via tunnels over the national IPv4 network.
As Cisco releases software images for the high-end router we use as our core routers, we will
fully integrate IPv6 and IPv4 throughout our network. |
